These are the terms and conditions for the website www.learndigitalzone.com, owned by EAZYBREEZY INTEGRATED SERVICES LTD, with registered offices in Lagos, Nigeria. Please make sure that you read these terms and conditions carefully as they will form a legally binding contract between you and this website. Your acceptance of these terms and conditions is agreed as soon as you purchase any of our products and services or agree to a session with a consultant.

SUPPLY OF SERVICES

  • The website www.learndigitalzone.com shall supply services to the customer when they have created a customer account online. All customers will need to do this to be able to access the full list of available products and services including both digital download material and online sessions with consultants.

  • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions, along with our payment terms, at any time.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

In order to receive products from www.learndigitalzone.com the customer shall:

  • Ensure that all of the information which they have provided to the company is accurate and complete.

  • Will fully co-operate with www.learndigitalzone.com and agree to its terms and conditions.

  • Not replicate, disseminate or use any of the materials which have been made available on this website for any other purpose other than those which have been set out as part of the provision of the service.

  • Indemnify against all liabilities, costs, expenses, damages and losses including but not limited to any direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, penalties and legal costs and expenses which have been suffered or incurred by www.learndigitalzone.com arising out of or in connection to any breach of the customer obligations under these terms and conditions.

CHARGES AND PAYMENTS

  • Charges for consultancy services start at ₦30,000 per hour and the amount of time needed shall be calculated by the consultants depending on the customer requirements.

  • Customers shall pay all charges in full in advance of the sessions.

  • Prices for downloadable learning materials available in the store shall all be clearly labelled and priced differently according to the material.

  • All charges for materials must be paid in full before customers are able to download and use the materials.

  • All successful purchases will display the billing descriptor EISLDZ, LAGOS on your credit card statement.

DELIVERY

  • Delivery of all digital items will be instant and will be sent directly to the customer’s inbox as soon as payment has been processed.

  • In some cases, depending on the file size, deliveries may take up to 48 hours.

  • In the unlikely event that it has been more than 48 hours and you have still not received your order then please get in touch with us.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds for items downloaded from the store will only be accepted in the following circumstances:

    • if the item is faulty or not loading properly,
    • if it is the wrong item that has been sent or
    • if the item has not been arrived in time.

  • Refunds will be accepted at our sole discretion.

  • If a request for a refund is accepted then this will be paid back into the account that was used to make the original payment and it should arrive within 10-14 business days.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • All intellectual property rights which arise out of or are in connection to the services provided by www.learndigitalzone.com shall be owned by www.learndigitalzone.com.

  • We acknowledge and agree that all customer materials provided as part of the service for a design brief belong to and will remain sole property of the client.

  • These terms and conditions do not grant the customer any right to use this websites intellectual property rights or any other provided materials for any purpose other than receiving the service.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • The company shall not be liable to the client whether in contract or nor for breach of statutory duty, arising in or out of the contract in any way for any indirect or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of profits, sales or business, agreements or contracts, anticipated savings, use or corruption of software, data or information and damage to goodwill.

TERM AND TERMINATION

  • The contract shall exist between two parties until the term either expires or if the end of the term is mutually agreed between the two parties.

  • Customers may still be liable to pay for sessions if they cancel them in advance.

  • Customers may cancel or delete their customer account at any time by doing this in their account holder settings or by getting in touch with us.
